We offer two primary printing methods: Gravure printing and Digital printing. Gravure printing utilizes etched cylinders for up to 10 colors, delivering exceptional print quality and cost-effectiveness for large runs of 10,000+ units. Digital Printing offers flexibility with no color limitations, ideal for smaller quantities, customizations, and rapid prototyping. Both methods achieve vibrant, high-resolution results suitable for food-grade applications.

We provide an extensive range of food-safe materials including: PE (polyethylene) for basic applications, PP (polypropylene) for higher temperature resistance, PET (polyester) for clarity and durability, metallized films for premium barrier properties, aluminum foil for maximum oxygen and light protection, and specialty recyclable and biodegradable options. Our team can recommend optimal material structures based on your product specific preservation requirements.

Yes, we strongly recommend samples before mass production. We offer prototype sampling services typically taking 7-10 days. Samples allow you to evaluate material quality, print accuracy, functional features, and overall appearance. For complex custom orders, we provide pre-production samples for your approval before commencing full production runs, ensuring complete satisfaction with the final product.
